Planning ahead
Put your wishes in writing, while you are able
Pre-arranging your funeral is one of the kindest things you can leave behind. It takes an afternoon of unhurried conversation, and it spares the people you love from making those decisions in the hardest week of their lives.

A gift to those you love
Your family should not have to guess
We have offered pre-arranged funerals since long before this website existed. It has always worked the same way: you sit down with us, and we write down what you want. Your requests in writing, kept on file here at the chapel, waiting quietly until the day they are needed.
The relief this brings is real and it is immediate. When the time comes, your family does not have to sit in a room making decisions they are not ready to make. They call us, and the arrangements are already in place. Everything they choose is chosen in advance, by you, with a clear head and a full heart.
Arranging ahead also locks in today’s prices. The selections you make are priced when you make them, not at whatever they cost years from now.
What you can decide ahead of time
As much or as little as you like. Some families record every detail; others write down one thing that matters most and leave the rest to us.
The songs you love
The hymns and the music you would want sung, and who you would like to hear them.
Who takes part
The family and friends you would like to speak, to read, to sing, or to carry you.
What you would wear
The clothing and the keepsakes that feel like you, down to the smallest detail.
The service itself
Your church or our chapel, a graveside service, cremation, or full military honors.
Scripture and readings
The verses and the words that carried you, so they are spoken over you in your own voice.
Gifts and kindnesses
A charity, a church fund, or a family you would rather have remembered in your name.
There is no charge to sit down and talk it through, and nothing you decide is binding until you decide it is.
This is a conversation, not a commitment
We want to be plain about that, because we know how the word “arrangements” can sound. Sitting down with us commits you to nothing at all. It is a conversation — your questions, your wishes, and no pressure of any kind.
If you would rather think about it for a year, that is perfectly all right. If you would like to write everything down and settle it today, we will take care of that too. Either way, you will leave knowing more than you did, and nothing will have been decided for you.
One call to the chapel and it starts.
